Sold my flat with Martin and Co and they were honestly the best people I could have ever chose. They are very professional and some of the nicest people I've ever dealt with. They went beyond what any other estate agents had offered and they delivered everything they set out to do. Even when I sold my flat and my purchase fell through, they provided me with a rented property within days at a great rate and were very flexible on my moving out date. Recently rented a City apartment through Martin and Co, from start to finish they were fantastic. We had a lot of interactions with other letting agencies who were quite frankly horrific, so it was very refreshing to deal with someone who actually knows what there talking about. On the dat we moved in we met our Property Manager Liam who again was fantastic. He broke down all aspects of the move and was very accommodating. There were a few minor issues we noticed over the first week and a simple email to Liam and it was resolved the same day. I would definitely recommend Martin and Co to others.
