Very good letting agency

Very helpful and transparent letting agent

I was looking for an apartment while living in another country, which is always complicated. The staff has been always nice, helpful and professional, both by email and when I chose one of their apartments. Everything was fine when I entered in the apartment and they helped me to fix some small things. Recommended!

Exceeded all expectations.

Marcus has been truely outstanding in the process of my boyfriend and I moving house. There have been many complications (not through Martin & Co) and Marcus has been our shining star even though he hasn't had to be, right from the beginning. He has gone above and beyond to help us and to speed up the process which is fully appreciated. I have been a tenant with Martin and Co since 2012. In order to rate an agent, I reckon communication as one of the main factors that would determine the rating of the agent. As a tenant, all I can say is that unlike other agents, Martin and Co have been well prepared in terms of communication and quick responses. Dealing with Lauren Schofield was impressive, where she responds to my concerns/ maintains requests promptly with a high level of affability and professionalism.
