Professional and helpful

In my few weeks working with Martin & Co I was pleasantly surprised about the professionalism and responsiveness of this agency. Every step until the move in was well planned and coordinated. So far the staff was very friendly as well :) Keep up the good work!

Above and beyond

I relocated from Birmingham to Leeds for work and needed to rent a flat. Having no idea about the best area to suit my needs, I was delighted to speak to Michael after ringing Martin and Co who took a lot of time and trouble to go through different areas and advise which would suit me best. It was a pleasure conversing with him and his lovely sense of humour took a lot of stress out of a stressful process. When I moved again to Leicester he even rang the Martin and Co branch there to ask them to assist me to find a suitable flat!

Very helpful, knowledgeable and professional staff,

Massive thanks for Georgina for the viewing and sorting out the administration promptly after the viewing, considering the complications moving from Dorset to Leeds. Georgina is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area and properties. I have spoken to various members of staff. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Thanks again.

Excellent, personable and professional service

Excellent, personable and professional service with Martin and Co in Leeds - great help with sourcing the right property to rent with Georg listening to our specific requirements and ensuring a good match. Bailey then dealing speedily with the paperwork to ensure our application was progressed as quickly as possibly. Recommend.

Clear, speedy, friendly!

Bailey and Georgina were super in sorting out our viewing and the renting of the property. Bailey even stayed in the office beyond closing hours in order to finalise our paper work which was extremely kind of her,. Overall top service from the martin and co team.

Professional, friendly and prompt!

I would like to say a big thanks to Georgina who helped me look for flats to rent in Leeds. As I am relocating from Wiltshire and due to restrictions on when I could view and long distance, I was struggling with my plans for viewings! However, I rang Martin & Co and spoke to Georgina and she was by far the best! She was very professional, polite, friendly and knowledgeable with the flats on her list and also the areas within Leeds. This really helped me being someone who isn't from Yorkshire so not familiar with much more than the city centre. She always responded promptly to all my emails and calls! It's very rare to get such helpful advice and assistance and it made my day of viewings much easier. Even though I ended up getting a flat elsewhere this was only because of my specific mobility requirements and I was limited on the date of moving in - being one of the popular days of the year! However, if I am ever flat hunting again then I would be sure to contact Georgina again. She is brilliant and also very good at managing customers' expectations. All in all, excellent and would definitely recommend Martin & Co. Best wishes, Naheed

Extremely courteous, professional and helpful individual!!!

Meshach is simply a breath of fresh air when it comes to dealing with letting agents. He has always gone the extra mile when I needed to ask questions regarding the renting process in the UK, and has made it a 100 times easier for me to find properties that suit me. I do honestly believe that he has more than the necessary skills to do his job, and his friendly and helpful personality is just the icing on the cake. I will certainly be recommending any of my employees relocating to Leeds to Meschach and your company, as I believe they will not be disappointed either!

Invaluable - could not be a landlord without them

I don't live locally so I rely heavily on my agents to manage our properties. Martin and Co never let me down - I can always trust them to find good tenants quickly, be on top of all the paperwork and keep me informed. If ever there is a problem they will go the extra mile to sort it out. I've managed to refurbish two properties remotely which has only been possible because of their help and cooperation - helping me find contractors and coordinating things. They really know their market and take pride in what they do. Like many people I've had bad experiences with other agents but I've been truly impressed by Martin & Co. They are definitely head and shoulders above the rest.
