We have rented a property in Leeds city centre through Martin & Co Leeds for the past three and a half years. We have always found them to be very professional and accommodating. The team are always very contactable and friendly to deal with, conducting regular flat inspections and responding quickly to any maintenance issues when they have occurred in order to ensure efficient repairs or replacements. Our initial move into the property was very easy and when recently moving out, the vacating process including final deposit refund and flat check was dealt with in an excellent manner. We would recommend Martin & Co Leeds to anyone looking to rent in the city and would equally not hesitate to work with them as a managing agent for our own property in future.

From the outset, Michael and his team went out of their way to provide excellent service. They listened to my concerns as a landlord and pointed out what they do differently to other letting agents in the area to make sure my property would be looked after correctly. They were incredibly diligent in sourcing prospective tenants and kept me informed at every stage of the process. Even when things needed changing at the property, they went out of their way to make it as painless a process as possible. I cannot recommend this guys highly enough, as a landlord they've been absolutely amazing.
