I have been impressed with the efficiency of Redbrick in solving maintenance issues. Their maintenance manager Teresa has been particularly helpful in sorting out problems we have had. For example there was an issue with our washer dryer, and after contacting Teresa, an engineer was sent around the following day. Teresa is also very good at replying to emails, even outside of working hours ( I received a reply to an email from her past 9pm!).

Redbrick are great. We loved that house, and had no problems with anything the whole time we lived there, only moved out as we are going away for a bit! So thanks for being great Letting agents. If we come back to Leeds after our travels we will deffo give you guys a call! Danny & Cam :)

Since then I have always been looked after well by the company, especially Teresa who has helped with any maintenance needed or general questions iv had. As a landlord I can't rate Redbrick highly enough. They've managed my property for the past three years and they've always been friendly, efficient and quick to respond. They're always at the end of the phone to answer questions. They've managed communications between my tenants and myself smoothly and advised me accurately where needed. We went for a few house viewings with Ryan today and he provided an excellent service to us. His friendly and talkative personality made it easy for us to ask any questions. For the houses he showed us he provided us with comprehensive information on each property and was ready to answer each and every question we had. Even after we'd finished the viewings we exchanged contact details and he swiftly emailed me more lovely options to consider in our house-hunting.
