By far the worst estate agents I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. From day 1 they were terrible - they arranged a meeting to sign rental agreements and pick up keys etc. When I got there ready to collect my keys and move in - they had nothing ready. After moving in I reported numerous issues with the property that just fell on deaf ears. Either they claimed the issues we're fixed or blamed the landlord. Imagine paying £700 per month in rent and not having hot water for almost 2 months..... they don't have a single care in the world about tenents they rent too.

I paid £150 deposit to rent a flat and I was rejected 5 minutes after I sent my documents, losing my money and they didn't even want to email me the receipt... just received a phone call saying that I was refused and that's it... easy money. I would advice to not pay any money to them until you didn't sign the rent agreement with them. Now I also receive all sorts of emails and phone calls from insurance companies. I didn't agree for them to forward my personal details to some random online insurance company... what this letting agency does to people is not legal! Stay clear!!!NegativeProfessionalism

Thank you for your review, however I must correct some inaccuracies. You were sent our terms of business before you paid your holding deposit (the £150 which you refer to) which clearly lays out the conditions under which you get a refund and the conditions under which you do not. This document also acts as your receipt for payment. We did not forward your details to any other company, you agreed yourself to be contacted by Homelet who carry out our tenant referencing and they followed up with some calls about their product range. The information you filled out on your application was what led to your rejection, this is not our fault or our decision and it is most definitely not illegal. The tenant fee ban clearly states that we are legally allowed to keep the holding deposit to cover our costs in circumstances such as yours. I suggest that you re-visit the terms of business that you signed and understand the facts of what actually happened, so that you do not find yourself in this position again. We wish you all the best in your search for a new property.

This review is inaccurate. You viewed a property with us, for which there were several applicants who wanted to rent it. You were not the successful applicant and we communicated clearly with you and explained everything. Immediately after the phone call, this review appeared. I am sorry we could not provide you with the property you wanted and hope you find somewhere soon.

Worst real agency ever!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I understand that you were not happy with the property we offered you, but we did give you a full refund and did not hold you to the tenancy. I have to disagree that this makes us the worst agency ever.

Unprofessional. They delayed the checkout about 13 days and I still did not have my report. This is the worst agent that I have ever dealt with.
