Shocking..made an offer for a house on scar lane sales assistant Oliver who called me back and told me that my offer had been ACCEPTED l then returned my proof of funds ect arranged for a solicitor all ready to go..two days later Oliver the sales man called me to say that it might take longer for the sale to complete because the vendor needed to sort out probate and had two more viewings for the house at the weekend ?? Oliver said that he would not be able to speak to me for a few days as he will be on annual leave ( very convenient) a few days later I got a call to say that a higher offer had been accepted for the house and the house had now been sold I am sure gazumping is not law breaking but I do ask is this good business??
The most upsetting experience I ever had .I put the offer on the property all documents were ready to get going and the next day they put the price up with £ 10.000 saying if I am still interested I can put an other offer on.. Really bad 😞 I never been so upset like this before the worst business management I ever came across.. …
Poor customer care.We phoned over a week ago regarding a property and after doing what was asked to sign up with yourselfs and my wife sending an email regarding the form no body bothered to get in touch dispute the fact that we have all the money ready to go. This is very poor customer care and due to this myself and the wife are going to have to really consider doing business with the company ant any timeNegativeResponsiveness
Absolutely unprofessional. I was interested in a pretty hefty priced 2 bed flat and emailed twice and left two messages with the admin team who were efficient as they both emailed somrone called Michelle the letting negotiator I actually put my interest in straightaway. I received no call back or reply to my emails either way to state if I could view it or if it was already taken. Absolutely appaulled. I dont appreciate being ignored as being a professional myself I certainly dont do it.NegativeProfessionalism
Shocking service, I requested an appraisal on a property in lindley. I was booked in, there was a no show. I chased them and had an apology via email from the manager informing me he would go himself and he would look into why it was missed. To this date I have called numerous times only for them to reply saying they would call me back. I have never had a call back. If this is the service before they market the property I would dread to think of how they would be during the marketing/sale process.
They make moving very stressful. Never update you. They take your money but do not tell you anything. They will tell you to keep an eye on the tracker yet they do not update this and worst of all they lie on your face. I have asked for a manager to call me but they never have. I can't speak for everyone who works for them but the person i deal with Just made our rental move a terrible experience and if one person is trained to work that way then i have no reason to think that anyone else there is any better. Also dealing with Boultons...They were so much more efficient and better.
Worst rental experience! Would not recommend. Charged £45 to empty a freezer and £45 for light bulbs, £150 to clean although the property was returned immaculate
Absolutely unhelpful and rude when trying to arrange a viewing! If you try to arrange a viewing and all your getting is sharp and frosty responses and your made to feel awkward then it’s bad for customers. All I wanted is to know the next available time and it was the hardest experience I’ve had, both the head office and Lindley acted the same way when asked for times. If your a seller and your hopes are to get people through the door, especially CASH buyers and your agent can’t fit you in for a week on a newly listed property then you have to ask yourself is you are with the best agent.
