Thanks to Moira and the team, great communication and went the extra mile to get our Tennant’s in on time. In particular with a few holidays taking place the staff still managed an excellent level of service, including the Manchester central team too.

He was very professional and provided excellent information regarding putting our house on the market. We then dealt principally with Jo Hardcastle who was excellent. She was able to give regular updates and chased up delays caused our buyers conveyancer. Regular updates were really important to us as we had moved to Norwich when the house was on the market. Used Ryder & Dutton with the sale of my home. They were very professional and Michelle was always patient and took care to ensure we were looked after. Reason I have given four stars is that there were numerous times I called the office during working hours and the phone was not picked up, or went to a hold line which was never answered. I was sometimes worried that if a potential buyer had called up and received the same service, then they might have just not bothered with the viewing. Had it happened once or twice, it wouldn't have mattered, but it was several times. Very professional and helpful overall though. Thank you Michelle x
As a novice landlord, I worked with Naomi whilst my property was under the stewardship of Ryder & Dutton (R&D). I have found Naomi to be very pleasant to deal with and always returned my phone calls (unlike competing estate agents - very annoying!). She gave guidance as to what I should be and shouldn't be doing along legal matters (gas and electric safety certification, general cleanliness, pricing of the rentals etc). Whilst R&D were unfortunately unable to let out my property within their remit, Naomi was very understanding and assisted me in my dealings elsewhere.
Madeleine Hodgson was very helpful and I cannot fault her. The listing stated unfurnished and we had to request that the furnishings be removed. I think that was an oversight on the listing but it was a little frustrating. Renting is costly but the customer service was of a very high level. Any upfront requests were dealt with and any minor issues have been dealt with by the landlord in a timely manner with a smile. It's been a pain free experience.
