I have to say I've not always been too pleased or impressed with the people we've dealt with from Northwood in the 3 years 4 months that we've lived in this property, however, our inspection today was professional and efficient but thorough. Christine was super friendly and chatty. She is a credit to Northwood.

I have entrusted my property with Northwood for around 6 years now and although initially I was happy with the service, policies in the business have changed and has make them less flexible especially when it comes to paying for maintenance in my property. Communication is key in any business and I feel Northwood are failing. They are quick to communicate when money is needed but not so quick to address concerns that are highlighted if it has a financial impact on them. I hope they improve soon
