While we didn't progress with the property we offered on, I can not praise Laura Ormrod's diligence and professionalism throughout. We had offered on a property with a difficult/unreasonable vendor, and as we loved the property we eventually rose our offer to somewhere in the vendors ballpark. While we did sadly pull out, the service I received from Laura was always 100%. Definitely an asset, and very patient with two FTB's.

Very good service from everybody we spoke to, particularly Tom and James, who kept us informed throughout the whole selling process. Would recommend Whitegates if selling in the bootle area as they know the area well.
