While we didn't progress with the property we offered on, I can not praise Laura Ormrod's diligence and professionalism throughout. We had offered on a property with a difficult/unreasonable vendor, and as we loved the property we eventually rose our offer to somewhere in the vendors ballpark. While we did sadly pull out, the service I received from Laura was always 100%. Definitely an asset, and very patient with two FTB's.

A very personal service! James, Tom and the team couldn't have been more helpful and were heavily involved in the sale from start to completion, communicating throughout with myself, the buyer and conveyancers to help make sure the sale went through as quickly as possible, would definitely use again.
