James has been amazing from start to finish. From the honest valuation, to us finally getting around to putting it on the market and James selling it within 3 days I cannot fault James or Whitegates. The transaction took alot longer than either of us anticipated but this was completely beyond our control. Communication was amazing and James always answered emails/calls and done his best to push things along as much as he could do for us. I would recommend Whitegates. Thank you!

Having purchased a few properties through Whitegates in Bootle, I must say, James Lacken who heads up the sales team there in Bootle is amazing and has made the purchases stress free and straight forward. I am very happy with the service at Whitegates. They are very professional and have been looking after my property for about 3 years now and can't recommend then enough. I must give high praise to Rachel Doyle for being brilliant at her job, it gives me peace of mind knowing that she is looking after my property!
