As first time buyers we obviously had a lot of queries and questions and Stacey was so attentive and informative from day one. She replied promptly with honest and frequent updates and reassured us through out the proccess, making sure we were always involved and up to date. She was extremely friendly and had great customer service and went above and beyond. I would honestly recommend ashtons as an estate agents because of Stacey to friends and family and want to say a massive thank you to her for making this experience as smooth as possible and ensuring our journey buying our first property was as exciting as it's suppose to be. We really hope Stacey gets the recognition she deserves for doing such a great job! :)
