A excellent service all round, everyone friendly, knowledgable and enthusiastic. Could ask for a better experience from when I purchased the house 2 years ago and now selling again with them two years later. Highly recommended.

In the past we have used other well known estate agents and not been very pleased with their performance so we went with Astons what a difference so professional sold the house in no time at all they dealt with all of the viewings of the property and kept us informed at every stage of the sale we where made up with them and would not use any other estate agents if we had to sell a property.

We have worked with Nick at the Stockton Heath branch and he has totally changed our past perception of estate agents! He actively sold our house for us. He was passionate about the area growing up around there and he kept us informed of every step and feedback. We are not the easiest to get hold of but whether it was a Sunday or he had a day off he was always very customer focused. He managed to sell our house within 2 weeks of it being on the market and I honestly think that the fee is worth every penny for the service that you get here. Not forgetting the other staff who was just as friendly and informative if Nick was never around!! My husband says never again but IF we did ever move again we would certainly be contacting Ashton’s and Nick!

I used Ashtons (Newton-Le-Willows branch) to sell my house and they were absolutely brilliant. I needed a quick sale as I had already found my dream home. Within 24 hours my house was up on Rightmove and viewings booked. Within a week my house has sold for the price I wanted. They were brilliant at keeping me updated and answering any questions. The team at Ashton's in Stockton Heath, and especially Victoria Morton, could not have worked harder or done more to get my rather difficult sale through. I went to Ashton's after a really bad initial experience with another larger agent and am so glad I did. Victoria was proactive and contactable throughout and I am so very grateful. if i could give Ashtons Padgate 10 stars i would. Very professional, staff very cheery and very helpful. Always keep in touch with any developments on sales, viewings or new properties that come on the market. Staff always turned up on time if they were doing the viewings, always answered the questions honestly, if they wernet sure of anything and had to go to the vendor they always got back to me as soon as they knew the answer. Always on hand to answer any queries you may have. Very reliable company and i would 100% recommend that you use them if you are selling your house. (Ashton's sold ours in approx 3-4 weeks) would definately use them again in the future if we were to sell again. Thanks guys!

We used the Newton Le Willows to sell our house and the team there was great, Simon did the valuation but we mainly dealt with Stacey Jones who was a complete star and couldn't do enough to help us, she kept us informed about what was going on every step of the way. Emails where answered quickly and in all it was a smooth experience. Highly recommended .
