Very knowledgeable and make selling property so easy

I used to think that it didn’t really matter that much which estate agent sold our house. I’ve changed my mind now! We started with a different agent and weren’t happy so we switched to Ashtons (Great Sankey branch). From the start it was a completely different experience. The photos were professional and made our house stand out on Rightmove. Thank you Kristian. We were instantly inundated with viewings and positive interest. We were given helpful feedback and our agent, Emily was very helpful during the negotiation process. After we had accepted an offer, Emily worked tirelessly to keep the chain going. There were issues of communication and things being done on time lower in the chain and without Emily, I think we would still be waiting to exchange contracts. Emily went beyond her role and made contact with the chain several times a day towards the end, sitting on hold for long periods of time. Throughout the process, Emily remained positive, reassuring and communicated brilliantly to so many different people. Emily always returned our calls and we had no doubt she was working hard on our case. We really felt that she cared and defended our interests. We have no hesitation recommending Ashtons. They exceeded every expectation. Thank you so much.

We’ve just completed the sale of our house with Ashtons in Stockton Heath. Adam was fantastic, he was always contactable and happy to spend time on the phone to try and help resolve issues. We’ve just used Ashton’s in Stockton Heath to sell our house, and they were great. Nick was so enthusiastic from the very first visit and then went on to market the house brilliantly. The photos, copy and 3-d tour were top notch. We had a steady stream of viewings, all handled professionally and at times to suit the potential buyers. The buying process was a bit long and painful due to issues further down the chain but nick was always onto it, chasing solicitors regularly, and all credit to him that it completed when it did. We are really grateful to him for being so pro-active, positive and professional throughout, and for being an overall good egg. We would definitely recommend.

I would really recommend Ashtons. Adam's went above and beyond to ensure a tricky chain stayed on track to secure a sale on our property at the right price. I have just bought my first house with the help of Adam and the team at Stockton Heath. They gave me constant support the whole way, no matter how many times a I phoned Adam, he was always on the other line answering the abundance of questions I had and going out of his way to meet for early morning viewings. Yesterday I moved house after 35 years and the whole experience took around 10 weeks My house was on sale for months with another Agent ..yes they got the viewers in but were not able to convert to a Sale.Adam dealt with the whole thing quickly and professionally and kept me updated at all times.The whole process was not as difficult as anticipated.Thank you Adam for having that "human touch "..I would say if I ever move again I will definitely contact you but that's never going to happen..last and final chapter in the Lakes.Thank you all and mostly Adam for your support and professionalism..

After writing the previous review we received a phone call from the manager who could not have been more professional. He apologised and explained there were mitigating circumstances, which at least provided with us with an explanation as to why we had received such bad service. It's a shame we never had the opportunity to deal with him in the first place.
