Very professional!

Extremely professional company! Everything can be done online, which makes it easier for the contract, the references, etc. The agents always answered very promptly, and were very helpful, trying to figure out the best ways for us tenants to get everything done. Only concern was on the few days prior to our arrival: - it was unclear whether the appartment would be cleaned before we got there, and at what time we would be able to get the keys. At the end of the day, everything was settled, and we got the flat in an excellent condition!

Service for sale of flat

Friendly, approachable, helpful but I was very disappointed in not being able to get a much better price, which was due to selling back to the Council. I feel that more effort could have been put in to having more viewings, therefore a more competitive offer.

Good agent, very poor building management.

Our agent was Coralie Bance who was a great help. She met was able to make time for us on multiple occasions to view our property again, and was very good at answering our queries. The letting process as a whole with CityWest was reasonably straightforward. However, their subsequent building management in Pimlico has been very very poor.
