Okay, disappeared when I needed guidance

Pestered me to get everything signed but once that was done didn't put me in touch with the landlord, didn't stay in touch with my consultant, was just in a desperate rush to get me to sign. Also didn't provide details on the property that someone not native to London would know

Unhelpful

As soon as they had our deposit, they stopped picking up the phone. They changed the terms of the contract, misrepresented our offer to the landlord, and frequently misinformed everyone involved - be seriously on your guard if you have to deal with them. Further to this, they were unhelpful and rude. Attempting to use their complaints procedure resulted in a bullying phone call from the person we were compaining about. Overall this agency, and in particular the agent we dealt with (Egle) lack integrity and professionalism. If you have to deal with them, watch out for little details, check any contracts thoroughly, and don't trust anything they say until you have it in writing.

Terrible and no idea what professional means

These people use all manipulation strategies possible, they lie about everything, once you give them any money they simply stop replying to anything and solving issues with a rented flat through them is the worst nightmare imaginable.
