Selling my flat

I sold my flat in London through CityWestHomes Residential and I was very impressed from the very beginning when they came in to view the flat. They talked me through the entire process and I quickly gained confidence through their professionalism and I really believe, honesty. I was in constant communication with Alastair Murray, the Sales and Lettings Manager and I found him to be very knowledgable, patient and tireless over some of the many challenges I experienced buying via a chain. Thanks to Alastair and his team for all the support and reassurance.

Great service, would use again

Alastair was very polite when he came to meet me at the property that my family were selling. He also brought with him some very informative brochures with information on the local area values and recently sold properties. He gave us a realistic idea of what would be achievable for us and got to work straight away with arranging viewings. He would keep in regular contact and update me on the progress of our sale. He was also very easy to reach and would email reply within 24 hours. I would definitely use this service again if need be.

Over & Above Service

Highly Efficient

Cassie Langford

Myself and three friends have recently rented a property with the help of Cassie Langford. Having had a lot of trouble with our previous letting agency, dealing with Cassie has been a breath of fresh air! She's gone out of her way to help us, answering all of our questions, and even working throughout her week off to make sure the referencing goes smoothly. As well as always being friendly and approachable, she is clearly extremely knowledgable, and her passion for her job is evident. We would not hesitate to rent through CityWest Homes again in the future.

Excellent experience- thank you Alastair & CityWest!

Great experience. Alastair kept regular and just right amount of contact and was very quick in responding to queries and fulfilled his commitments. The communication was smooth and service was impeccable. From the visits until the completion, everything has been top notch. Alastair diligently followed up on things when needed.
