In addition, they helped me a lot in the subsequent contract signing and a series of procedures, so as to eliminate my worries about buying a house in London as a foreigner. I am so lucky to be their company and her client. If I still have other property needs in the future, I will choose them without any hesitation.

My sister and I engaged the services of John Payne, East Greenwich. after we had been attempting to sell a property for well over a year. We had been frustrated on a number of occasions for a number of reasons but Lucy and her team, particularly Abbie, quickly rose to the challenge. They marketed the property professionally and worked hard to secure as many viewings as possible. They advised us sensibly using their obvious experience and as a result we were better able to determine those potential buyers who were serious and those who ultimately were not.
