I have worked with LocationLocation twice in the last six months (on the proposed purchase of a new house and the sale of my existing apartment, both in Stoke Newington). I was extremely impressed with how they handled both sides of the sale process. Their approach is a little different to other agents (in a good way), but the key strengths for me were the way they work as a team - everybody is co-ordinated and well organised - and the integrity and personal approach adopted by the agents. I worked with Anna Takkou and Hannah Scott and they were exceptional. On the sale side, they managed the whole transaction process with great efficiency and helped to facilitate the sale of my apartment at a very significant premium to asking price. In summary, I think they are a brilliant agent and highly recommend Anna/Hannah to anyone thinking about selling a property in Stoke Newington!

What a positive letting experience! David and Anjali were responsive and professional. They were also very friendly, which is not always typical of the letting experience. I am delighted to have moved in within seven working days of making an offer to let. Location Location has good processes (viewing, offer, referencing, right-to-rent check, a thorough professional clean, keys handover) and even arranged a welcome box of treats on my arrival. Whilst my experience is as a new tenant/with the lettings team, I would think this professionalism crosses over to Location Location's sales team too. Very chuffed with my new home, thanks!

Location Location have been outstanding in the service they have provided, in helping me to rent my flat. The whole team lhas been super responsive, and supportive. They all have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and do ! Anna did the initial viewing and was so helpful in explaining the process, answering questions suggesting contractors ( which have all provided great service) and organising the photo shoot. Maya organised finding perspective tenants and viewings and has been so positive, thoughtful and immediate in responding to any issues and … and great in helping me choose tenants. Anjali has been extremely efficient with organising all the required checks and has been a great source of advice. They have all shown great professionalism and genuine care. I would highly recommend Location Location … they were recommended to me by a friend and I would recommend them to anyone renting their home.

It was a absolute pleasure working with location location from the very first viewing right up until the sale was complete. Anna and Amanda worked very hard for me and really helped push the sale through, it was all completed well within the time I expected. They both went out of their way to assist with the extra viewings I asked for and any information I needed. Pantelis went an extra mile and stayed late multiple times to explain to me, first time buyer, the basics of the property market and making sure I am comfortable and well aware of the process. The seller's solicitors were delaying the sell a lot, but folks from Location Location did what they could to manage and speed things up. Stellar job, strongly recommend!

I would like to give credit where it's due to Lauretta Caulfield, who helped me through an extremely difficult purchase. What sets her apart from other estate agents I have experienced is her honesty, patience and professionalism. Through no fault of any party in particular the purchase just dragged on for months, but Lauretta pretty much held everyone's hands through this really difficult process. She's always made herself available when the going gets tough and at no point did I feel pressured into making any decisions I am not comfortable with. A much needed voice of reason amid the chaos.
