She was also incredibly friendly and a joy to work with. What is fantastic about Location Location is that they have dedicated project managers to run the process once an offer has been accepted - and Lauretta was just incredible. It wasn't a straightforward sale (fire certificates needed, complicated lease structures) and it took a long time, but Lauretta was unfailingly supportive - a reassuringly calm presence in an emotive process. We sold our flat with Location Location and we were delighted with the service from start to finish. The help and advice we received from Anna at the start was fantastic and they attracted lots of motivated buyers and achieved a fantastic price. We were in quite a tricky chain but the communication we received from Lauretta post sale to keep all parties informed and happy was again a breath of fresh air. Anna at Location Location was the most consistent in sending me the best houses within my budget and specifications. I was looking around for about 6 months and then this amazing house was sent to me by Anna before it went on the market. We put in an offer and Anna was really communicative with me about the owners thoughts. She was honest and insightful.
