Adam pretty much managed everything from first contact including getting a number of repairs done and some long overdue decorating. These were completed to a high standard. The house was snapped up almost immediately and paperwork has been hassle free.

We switched to LL after a sale on our flat had fallen through due to the pandemic and we were struggling, despite 15+viewings, to get another offer. LL quickly were able to secure more viewings, ensuring the buyers were well placed to be making offers and secured above asking price offers on our flat. The fantastic thing about this team is the way they play to their strengths - you have a super sales team who help get offers and are enthusiastic about selling your house (shout out to Hannah/ Pantelis / Peter) and once you have an offer Lauretta, sales progressor extraordinaire, works with diligence like you've never seen to get the sale across the line. She chases everyone who needs chasing, provides excellent updates and anticipates problems before they emerge. We sold a 1 bed flat with the team and it was probably one of the lowest value sales they had on their books, but honestly it felt like we were their most important client at all times. It was a long road for us and I think the team mutually agreed it was one of the harder transactions of the year, and it would not have happened without the LL team. Highly recommend and we will 100% be working with them again in the future.

From the outset the quality of flats available were impressive. The agent we dealt with, Maya, was extremely helpful and friendly, accomodating our hectic schedule when first arriving to London and throughout the letting process.
