A particular word of thanks to sales progressor Lauretta who's patience in dealing with our regular phone calls for updates as the process went back and forth between surveyors, lawyers and mortgage companys was highly appreciated. First time in London I've felt like the estate agents were genuinely concerned with getting issues solved. We recently found a new house to rent through Location Location. The service provided by Adam, Will and the rest of the team was excellent. Adam showed us round the house and was able to answer all of our questions (which, from experience, isn't always the case with London estate agents). He was never pushy or looking for a sale, but helped us throughout the process of putting our offer to the landlord and securing the house. Location Location use an online referencing system, Goodlord, which is relatively painless and easy to use. Really impressed with these guys - we've not been in the house long but they've followed up with us to find out about our move and have been very proactive in resolving small maintenance issues on move in. Would have no hesitation in recommending to others.

Adam from Location Location contacted me few months ago asking if I wanted to rent my flat. He offered to come to see my flat and give me an estimation of the market value. He gave me all the relevant information. He was very helpful however I did not have an immediate need to rent my flat. I was really pleased with his visit as he was very kind, helpful without pushing me to take an immediate decision(that's unusual for estate agents). Few months after I decided to rent my flat. I remembered his name and I went straight to the agency (Location Location) looking for him. I had to rent my flat in less than one month. In less than one week he organised pictures to be taken and viewings. My flat looked amazing in these pictures. They have an excellent professional photo service (no charges). He organised few viewings and in 10 days I received the first offer which met my expectations. I am very grateful to Adam. Then the file passed to Will who prepared the tenancy agreement and sorted reference for new tenants. The process was very quick. I asked him several questions and he replied promptly to all of them to my great satisfaction.
