As a provider of software, I have found it unbelievable how customer - centric their business model is; their priority is always the service that is provided to their Landlord's and Tenants. Adam is extremely professional and has always been an excellent point of contact for me. I have mainly worked alongside Will to get Goodlord implemented and working for Location Location. He is without a doubt one of the most enthusiastic, innovative and positive people I have worked with and think that he is a real asset to the company. 5/5!

I get a personal and fast service with Location Location who manage my property in Stoke Newington. After a "few incidents" with the bigger companies it is fantastic to have a direct link to Will Thacker. He has proved to be someone that I trust, who also knows the best local contractors for the right jobs, and is able to give the best service not only to myself but also to my tenants. We recently signed a lease for a property around Stoke Newington and every conversation / visit was just amazing with everyone. Anna took us around the property for our viewing, which was much more pleasant than any other simply because of her warmth and helpfulness. Will saw us through the letting agreement process from start to finish and was helpful with every step of the way. Both Anna and Will worked as a team to answer all (and we had a lot!) the questions we had. We had an ambitious move-in date and the team stuck to our date with no delays, which kept us at east - not something always easy with moving! I can only hope any future agreements are made in the same way.

To begin with, I should mention I was a bit concerned about renting through an estate agency at first (after some not so positive experiences in the past). However, this experience has been very positive and hassle-free. LOCATION LOCATION have been great over the past year, very professional and helpful -> would highly recommend.
