We sold our flat through Location Location and I'd recommend them to anyone. We found all the staff very professional, polite and friendly. They kept in good touch with us throughout the process and we'd definitely use them again.

Location Location is the most community-minded estate agency around. They have been a massive support since I set up the family website StokeyParents; helping me collect hundreds of presents for children in Hackney who otherwise would have gone without at Christmas, promoting the appeal with their own fliers and donating loads of amazing presents themselves. They definitely aren't your typical estate agents. I have been blown away by their professionalism, knowledge and kindness. I've spent a lot of time in their offices lately planning the toy appeal and they have a brilliant relationship with everyone who comes in. I also love the fact that their shopfront is interesting and attractive - it enhances Church Street more than other estate agencies which only have pictures of properties in the window. With their incredible help children at 27 Hackney hostels, 3 children’s centres, 3 schools, the Hackney Food Bank and The Claudia Jones Organisation, which supports victims of domestic violence, had a better winter. I only have nice things to say about Location Location and their lovely staff.

Finding tenants cover the Festive Season after my current tenants left the property was a big ask. Not for Peter at Location Location. Not only did he find tenants in good time to prevents a void rental period he also found quality tenants who are still renting with us today. He is great to deal with professional and efficient.

I really don't understand any of the bad reviews here. Me and my husband asre in the process of drawing up contracts to rent a property with LocationLocation and have found them unbelieveably attentive and efficient. Both Azhar and Nicola have gone out of their way to keep us up to date through the whole process and have made it very easy and hassle free. We are very pleased with the service we have received.
