Although a buyer was found very quickly, we can't say it was ever smooth progress. The solictor they chose for use to do the conveyancing in our opinion was not very good. It dragged on forever and was very stressful. Lauretta was very professional throughout and did her very best to push things on but once or twice we honestly felt like jacking it all in. Seemed like it would never end and frankly we felt we were being played by the other side, maybe to gain time. So..good value? Hmm. Good and responsive team? Mainly, and Lauretta finally did the trick. Would still use Location as they have the best customers. Struggled on through all the horrors of Covid.

While it took quite a while to achieve a sale through to completion, we got there in the end. At times during the process it became very frustrating, sometimes because of lack of communication, phone calls or emails not responded to, and there was undoubtedly a coronavirus factor present. However, overall, the experience was positive. Our flat had some issues during the first six months of our tenancy (from Feb 19), when securing fobs took three months and we felt as though the agency did not really have our interests at heart. However, since Anjali has taken over managing our account, the four of us have been so pleased with how quick she is to respond and solve all and any of our queries, we decided that we would renew our contract and look forward to continuing with Location Location. I found Vicky, Tim, Azhar, Pete and Lauretta all a delight to work with. I got a great price on my flat and they really responded to a sometimes turbulent ship. Having Lauretta as a dedicated dales progressor is a real plus point during conveyancing, but I also appreciated the team that works behind her. After the sale was made by the sales team, they didn't disappear, but continued to follow the progress and assist when needed. I think at one time or another, all of the above contributed. I recommend Location Location if you are looking for an estate agent that can make a good sale whilst also being pleasant, courteous and personable.
