I have recently had a problem with one of my rental properties. Tonte helped me resolve the matter and get somebody to look at the matter asap. He communication was very good, contacted me when the matter was being looked at and resolved. Very friendly and pro-active.

After having a very stressful time looking for an apartment to rent in London, and lots of rejections with other companies, we were so happy to come across the nicest and hard working estate agent we've ever met, Lloyd. He did everything for us to find an apartment and move us in within a week of seeing the property, even getting up at 4.30am on his day off and working on a Saturday night to help us. He was so understanding of our stress and genuinely wanted to help us. Both Lloyd and Madley were great with dealing with our application and references, and us needing a guarantor was no problem to them. Their requirements and fees were really good for such an amazing service. Huge thank you to Lloyd for going above and beyond to finally find us our perfect apartment and being the best estate agent we could ask for. After having awful services from other estate agents in the past would definitely recommend Madley Property and ask for Lloyd!
