Professional, reliable and personable family firm
Petty Son and Prestwich stuck to our agreement, they never contacted or our elderly parents, they followed up every question and kept the sale moving at all times. Well mannered, helpful and humorous as well as being proactive and professional at all times.

Stand-Out expirience
We recently viewed a property to buy in Wanstead with Fay at Petty Son and Prestwich.. We've viewed a fair number of houses in recent weeks and we both felt that this was one of two stand-out experiences in terms of the friendly welcome, the information provided, and the time taken to show us around and answer our questions

Fantastic experience
Pettys were amazing throughout the whole selling process. From the initial valuation to getting pictures taken and house viewing all through the sales progression process, nothing was too difficult for them. Every member of the team was helpful and knew about our sale so we never felt that we had to wait for an answer. Would definitely consider using Pettys again for any future sale

Efficient + Helpful
Petty Son & Prestwich were very helpful and helped me speed up the purchase of my flat. They helped chase up things when delays occurred. I found them efficient and supportive during my move which can often be a stressful time. Communication with them was easy. I found them professional and friendly.
