Efficient, trustworthy, supportive and with excellent local knowledge – a great team to work with

Selling our family home of nearly 60 years, we were hugely impressed by the consideration, professionalism and sound advice we received from every member of the Petty Son and Prestwich team - at every stage of the process. They were efficient, knowledgeable, trustworthy and a pleasure to work with. They have great knowledge of properties across the area and are closely attuned to both the local and the wider London market. They were definitely the best people to understand and communicate what our unusual house had to offer and to find exactly the right group of potential buyers for us. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy in this part of East London.

Brill, wouldn't use another agent in the area

Having experienced a 'challenging' house sale I would recommend PSP above all other agents to anyone in their catchment area. They were professional at all times. When things went wrong with the sale they were sympathetic as well as pro active in seeking solutions. We have previously engaged PSP with a rental property we had, as well as them finding us an urgent rental following a house fire, not easy when you have a german shepherd in tow! Each time PSP have offered a friendly professional service.

Great service with an even better smile

I've been on both sides of Petty Son and Prestwich (buying and selling my flat) and I have to say that it was a great experience. The sale in particular wasn't the simplest but the team were really good at communication and are just generally really lovely. They made the whole process feel a lot easier.

Professional and efficient service for buying and selling

Petty's team provided an excellent, efficient and comprehensive service selling our property and buying a new apartment from valuation to completion. Communication was of the highest standard always returning calls and answering any queries, The transaction occurred during "Brexit" and could have been a disaster, but their experience and negotiation skills got us through to completion. Great local knowledge!

I sold my house through Petty Son & Prestwich in Aldersbrook, Wanstead in October 2016. They have great local knowledge and were very professional and helpful throughout the process. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Very professional

Everyone at the office are so efficient and very professional. We had a bit of a nightmare journey but Pam and all the others in the team helped us getting our dream home. They respond very quickly to emails and always deal with queries in a professional and calm manner. They are on top of their work and doesn't let things slip.

Very helpful and friendly local agent

We were looking in South Woodford with a number of agents without much joy and then found Petty Son and Prestwich who were very helpful and listened to our needs. They found the right house for us quickly and they were very supportive throughout the whole process of exchange and completion as we were first time buyers. Review

We have recently completed on the sale of our flat and purchase of a house in Wanstead. We had a complicated transaction which required a lot of work from Pettys. They were professional and excellent throughout from the viewings and sale process at the front end of the transaction (Fay, Pam and Fran) to the way they handled matters post agreement up to exchange and completion (Elaine and John). They were courteous, responded promptly to enquiries, and went the extra mile to achieve the desired outcome.
