Perfect example of customer ervice

Petty son are easily the best estate agent we have ever dealt with. Professional and fair, I have purchased and sold through them on seperate occasions and customer service has always been excellent.

Very happy to recommend Pettys

We employed Pettys to sell our flat in Wanstead. We chose them because, despite there being loads of agents in the area, we knew they sell a lot of properties. Having now dealt with other agents with onward purchases we understand why. Pam and the team gave us an accurate valuation, coordinated an open day, communicated the multiple offers and kept in touch all the way through with solid advice. A special mention should go to Elaine, who progressed the sale; she was relentlessly efficient and I think us and our buyers were highly impressed. Well done Pettys- we'd happily recommend the company.

No regrets with Petty Son, just wish we'd found them sooner

After looking for a property across many different parts of London for 3 years, and coming into contact with approx 50 estate agents some of who didn't even bother to turn up to viewings or listen to what we wanted, then Petty Son & Prestwitch then came along. Petty Son stood out a mile from other agents across London and in the Wanstead area. They actually listened to us, spoke frankly about the local property market, and I genuinely felt they understood our position and had us in mind for all properties within our budget. Unlike other agents in the area there was no aggressive sales pitch for using Petty Son as middlemen for a mortgage etc. They used their time to focus on us and the seller. They always responded to our emails and phone calls promptly. I just wish we had found Petty Son earlier. The main people we dealt with across two of their offices were Fran, Elaine, Pam, and Fay. Thank you. My partner and I would have no hesitation in recommending you and your firm.

A very pleasant experience

Great experience with the team, always available to help and very eager to make the experience as easy as possible. It felt like they really cared about setting us up in our new home rather than just selling a house. Our agent, Elaine, was always on hand to help out and had things sorted very quickly. On the off chance she wasn't available, the team were well aware of the situation and could substitute no problem. Thank you for making this process very quick and easy.

Wonderful Independent Estate Agent

Can only praise the excellent service we received from Petty Son & Prestwich. They handled our sale and purchase and found the whole experience less daunting due to the very professional, friendly and attentive way the team dealt with it all. We had complete confidence in them as we were kept informed every step of the way.. A delight to deal with and would have no hesitation in recommending them to oversee your purchase or sale. Not like other estate agents!

We recently bought a property through Pettyson, as first time buyers we found the team amazing to deal with, professional, helpful and happy to answer all our queries. Pettyson are a lovely team of friendly people. A special shout out goes to Fay, for all her hard work, dedication, and always being a joy to chat to, and Elaine for keeping us on schedule in a tight timeframe, excellent efficiency and communication. I highly recommend the Pettyson & Prestwich team, they are a pleasure to deal with. In an industry with a bit of a bad reputation, these guys are head and shoulders above the rest.

Excellent independent agent

I've sold twice through Pettys in the last 18 months, and can confidently say they are the best in the locale by some margin both in their knowledge and customer service. There may be glitzier competitors, but they just cannot compete on service and experience. The archetypal "attitude" so often encountered is completely lacking at Pettys = they strike the perfect balance in their approach between enthusiasm and over-kill. I wouldn't even think of using anyone else in this area - it's not by accident that they have so much of the market.

Friendly and professional service

Petty Son and Prestwich did a great job selling our flat. They were very professional in every aspect of the service they offered from valuation through to completion. They have a very good local knowledge were always ready at the end of the phone and had a very good sales progressing service that enabled us to exchange and complete in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy in Wanstead and Snaresbrook.

Very friendly and reliable estate agents

Petty Son and Prestwich are a really friendly estate agents who seem to genuinely about your sale/purchase. They are easy to contact and quick with the paperwork. We would certainly recommend them to others.
