Brilliant service

We recently sold our home with Petty son & Prestwich in Wanstead and were very happy with the service they provided. They were fantastic at giving us sound practical advice when we really needed it and were very efficient at relaying communication between us and our Buyers. Certainly felt like we were in good hands which is what you need when you are going through the stress of selling!

Excellent

Absolutely fantastic service. We recently purchased a property from them in Wanstead and could not speak highly enough of them. We had involvement with multiple estate agents throughout our search as you could imagine and no where did we receive service even half as good as what we did with Petty Son and Prestwich. Communication was excellent and they even bought us a bottle for moving in day. Cant recommend highly enough

Perfect Purchase

Excellent service!

We cannot recommend Petty Son & Prestwich high enough. We have used them for both buying and selling and don’t have a bad word to say. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Would use again in a heartbeat.

House Purchase experience

I purchased my place through Petty Son and Prestwich and I found all the staff to be extremely professional/friendly and knowledgeable about the area. More importantly they were very forthright and honest when i asked probing questions during numerous house viewings. It was a pleasure working with them and I would highly recommend these estate agents.

Friendly professional team

Acted for us on the sale of our house in Wanstead. Friendly professional team, very good local reputation. Straightforward and transparent on fees. Kept us regularly updated & were always contactable. Assisted with smooth sale in tough sale market. Would recommend.

Excellent local Estate Agent

I recently bought and sold properties through Petty Son & Preswich. I decided to use them as they are an independent estate agent and as they are also local, know the Wanstead area extremely well. All the staff are extremely professional, competent and friendly. At all the different stages of the process they were on hand to give advice and any help that was required.
