First Class Estate Agent

There’s a reason why Petty has been in business for over a hundred years and that is they truly are experts and professionals in a flooded industry. Every person I came into contact with provided an extremely high standard of service, from the initial house visit all the way through to handing over keys at the end. They are positive, responsive, knowledgeable and helpful - they made what could have been a stressful sale/chain happen with ease and hast. I always recommend them to anyone who asks

Excellent Service, Fantastic Staff. Highly Recommended

The staff at Petty Son & Prestwich went above and beyond in helping me purchase my flat. They were professional, prompt, easy to communicate with and kept me informed every step of the way and really made first time buying an absolute breeze. All the staff were friendly, helpful and easy to get in contact with. I could not recommend them more.

Not your average estate agent. 5 star!

The team at Pettys are not only highly professional but are also extremely friendly. We sold and bought through Pettys in January 2018 and the team ensured that both transactions went through smoothly. Moving home is a stressful time and Pettys were always at hand to help - nothing was too much trouble. A special thanks to Pam, Faye and Elaine who went the extra mile.

Happy sellers

Stress free renting experience

We had a very positive experience renting a flat through Petty son and would definitely recommend them. The few maintenance issues were solved very quickly, check in and out were very professional and their fees were very competitive! All communications were answered very promptly.

Petty Son & Prestwich review

There is a good reason why you see so many blue PS&P For Sale signs in the Wanstead/Aldersbrook (and beyond) area! We were purchasing a house last year in Aldersbrook and PS&P were the selling agent. Every time we spoke to them they were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. If we ever decide to sell our house, I am sure PS&P will be the first agents we call.

Very professional!

An excellent service from Petty's in Wanstead over past 4 years as tenants. Our landlords lived abroad, yet Pettys were quick to resolve any problems as Managing Agents making our stay stress free and easy. Stella in particular was immensely helpful. Would warmly recommend!
