Friendly, supportive and efficient.

We were incredibly impressed with Petty Son and Prestwich. We bought our first-time flat in Leytonstone through them in September - it was a stressful purchase due to some lease issues that surfaced, and the team at PSP were a major factor in keeping everything on track. Fay, Elaine and team are calm, responsive, friendly and reassuring, and we felt they were on our side throughout. They are clearly motivated by helping people, which wasn't necessarily what I expected from an estate agent! We will certainly use them in the future and I would recommend them without hesitation.

Provided a very professional service

Great service from Petty Son & Prestwich. They dealt with the sale and purchase for us in Wanstead and we were very happy. The staff are all professional and everything ran smoothly, Fay and Francesca took care of all the viewings and were always there to answer any queries. Elaine is excellent for the after sales help. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

Amazing all round

I was a first time buyer and Pettyson were great at directing me through the process. They had a great selection of houses too and I connected with them well on my viewings. Would 100% go back/recommend.

very professional

Brought through Petty son & Prestwich last year. The team were very friendly and professional which put us at ease as first time buyers. Never made us feel pressured and kept us informed throughout the process. So glad we brought through them.

Fantastic agent

Highly recommended - Petty Son and Prestwich agents were very patient, lovely, intergrity and fantastic communication. I could not deal with buyers on my own but with the agents were fantastic to deal with it. If I sell again, I would not hesitate to use them again.

trustworthy and very good service

We bought our house through Petty Son and Prestwich and found them to be very professional. Elaine and Catherine especially. They kept us updated throughout the whole process and were very helpful with any queries that we had throughout the process. Stressful process made easy!

We were selling our home of 16 years in Buckhurst Hill and decided on Petty Son and Prestwich as our agent following a very good recommendation and once we met Catherine we were sure we'd made the right decision. They were thorough, competent and we trusted them completely to do what was in our best interest. Would highly recommend them.

Petty Son & Prestwich : Incredible service from an incredible agent

I had given Catherine from Petty Son & Prestwich's Buckhurst Hill office a very difficult job: to find me a very specific type of house in a specific road, where people rarely sell. Not only did she find me an amazing house incredibly quickly, her knowledge of the local area Is incredible. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her and, most importantly of all, telephone calls were always returned within matters of minutes, with a level of care that is lacking with most agents I've met. For anyone considering selling a home, or buying in this area, you have to go to Catherine and her amazing team. They would always be my first choice!

Very glad I chose them!

Petty Son were very honest from the start and never felt like they were playing games unlike other local agents.. Good personal service and communication throughout. They were very quick to pick up on issues and went out of their way to resolve them. - often doing the job that other agents in the chain should have been doing. Big thanks to Catherine and Elaine!
