Excellent

We have bought and sold through Pettyson this year, and can honestly say they have changed our view of estate agents (for the better!). We were very impressed with their efficiency, great communication, knowledge and willingness to help. The whole team is very friendly and professional, their customer service is excellent. Would highly recommend!

Very happy

Very happy with this company, we have bought our first house with their help. Very straight forward, helpful, kept communication open throughout the whole process and as we were in a chain for a long time, they were getting back to us as fast as they could when we needed to raise an enquiry. At the end on the handover day Alain has driven to our place to give as a key and a bottle of Prosecco along with a card which we thought was sweet of them.

Buying and selling made easy!!

We bought and sold through Petty Son & Prestwich and were extremely pleased with their friendly professional service and advice. Moving house is one of the most stressful and frustrating situations, and through it all we were guided in the most reassuring manner and made to feel top priority. Many thanks for all you have done in helping us say goodbye to our beloved old house, and we are thrilled to be in our lovely new home! Shelly & Steve

great experience, would highly reccomend!

Our experience with Petty son & prestwich was very smooth and straghtforward when selling our property. They really went the extra mile to make us feel valued.. Everything was laid out in the beginning with no hidden extras and the feeling that they had the clients best interests at heart really came through. Not only were they helpful during the sale but they were really personable, we dealt with everyone at some stage in the office and all were warm and friendly. Everyone was very prompt at replying to emails and call backs and regularly checked in with us. I couldnt reccomend them enough!

Happy Customer

Petty son and Prestwich were very helpful with the purchase of my new home. Everything went very smoothly and they were responsive and informative the whole way through the process. I generally never had to wait longer than a day for a reply to emails/phone calls which I find super helpful considering how stressful the whole process can be. Very happy customer. :)

Professional and helpful

Very friendly, helpful and professional

We bought a house in Wanstead via Petty Son & Prestwich and found them very friendly, helpful and professional. They kept in regular contact during the sales process and were happy to manage our negotiations with the seller (though at one point they got a bit pushy wanting to get the sale over the line, but this is probably to be expected from an estate agent). Staff remained friendly and helpful following the sale as well, and were happy to give us advice on how much value our home improvements could add to the house. Overall very happy with them.

Can't fault them

Honestly the most professional and nicest agents I've dealt with. They went out of their way to help even long after the sale was complete. Having had bad experiences with other agents in the area Petty Son and Prestwich restored my faith. I would without question recommend.
