I had to visit my tenanted flat recently. As my fob was out of date (and the machine to fix it wasn't operational) the concierge took a great deal of time to help me access the block and was very helpful with on site information that I didn't have, not having lived on site. I also found the NGP Parking very helpful when I needed to ask for permission for a large delivery to be parked directly outside the block. I've heard some people grumble about difficulties, but I have received nothing but fantastic service from Ringley and the parking company they use. I'd also like to give a big shout-out to the waking watch security personnel who sit diligently in our buildings helping to maintain safety during this period. They are always very cheerful and helpful with things I don't yet know about. Thanks to everyone who recently helped me.
I just wanted to pass comment on the work of Adele Roberts. I have lived in my property for 12 years and have had many different relationship managers over the year, ranging from awful to average. A lot of issues have required repeated escalation, and the behaviour of some previous RM has been, at best incompetent, at worst blatant insubordination and rude. Adele has steadied the ship on our estate by delicately managing expectations, providing a consistent and professional approach and with her ability to communicate on a consistent and effective level. She is a credit to Ringley and will do all she can within her capabilities to support our small community.
