Moving house can be quite a stressful experience, especially with our requirements of finding the ideal 4 bedroom place. However, Kyle Moran made the entire process as painless as possible you could even say it was enjoyable. He was highly helpful, efficient and always had our interests at heart. Anyone looking for a place in North East London would be silly not to use Kyle.

Alex Baker was as professional as they come. I was dealing with about 15 London agents, all of which were good, but Alex was the best. Always punctual, helpful, listened, worked out what we wanted and produced the goods, over and over. He really made us feel we had a choice, even though we thought we were asking for the moon. I can't recommend him and Sterling Ackroyd more highly. Estate Agents, through people like Alex, are getting a well earned reputation for being a real help in finding the perfect place in a complex place like London.

The sale of my house was fraught with problems but the purchase of our flat was quite straight forward. I've used Stirling Ackroyd for a number of years now and they've always found me great tenants. I recently let 2 flats with them and once again Julie McPherson in renewals provided an outstanding service.

I have just finished moving out of the flat I was letting through Sterling Ackroyd and Julie Mcpherson in the renewals department could not have been more helpful. She let me know well in advance what needed to be done ahead of my move out date and promptly followed up with the release of my deposit after the final inspection. All in all a great, easy company to use. I would not hesitate to work with them again should I ever need to let a flat in London again in the future!

I use Stirling Ackroyd for letting my London properties and in the past I have also purchased a number of properties where they have been acting as the sellers agents I have been very pleased with the service I have received. They are professional and responsive - always returning calls and dealing with matters on a timely basis. The tenants that they have found me have all proved reliable and I suspect that this is due to their experience in vetting applicants. I have had no significant letting voids - they have always managed to find tenants quickly and they have processed the paperwork efficiently. I don't live in London and so one particular benefit is that they are prepared to go the extra distance - looking after keys, arranging access for workmen and being prepared to meet up and offer advice on how best to present a flat to maximise rents. They have done this even though they don't manage my flats but only formally act to secure tenants. In summary they make my life easy and secure good rents and good tenants. I will continue to use them.

I have been using Stirling Ackroyd ( Hackney Office ) for a few years. I have always found them exceedingly efficient, helpful and thoroughly professional. The Lettings Manager Andy Court is invariably accurate with his rental assessments ( and does not exaggerate - which many letting agents do). I have recently used this firm on flats that I bought off-plan and all were let by completion date - so no voids. Once a letting negotiator has found a suitable tenant, the transaction is then dealt with by the "Move In Manager" Team. Charley Knight handled my recent lettings and was very efficient and responded immediately to all queries. I wish that this firm had an office in North London !
