Stonehouse provides a highly efficient service - communication is clear and they are always available to help. I have dealt with a number of estate agents in the last 3-4 years and have very little to complain about Stonehouse (whereas I have a lot to complain about most other agents). During our property viewing, Despina was thorough in the briefing and answered all our questions very well. The subsequent vetting/transaction/move in process was one of the smoothest I have ever experienced. I would recommend Stonehouse to others.

-Seem to have to deal with a new member of staff for every different problem/issue - always blame each other when things don't/didn't happen -They "forgot" to organise a pre-move in deep clean - in fairness they did organise one once we flagged it with them. -They ask for responses to go to certain email addresses - but don't seem to check what they've asked for as they ask for the email to be sent again and again. Very "forgetful"'. -They're not a bad estate agent just unorganised
Why does it seem that agents will try and screw over tenants for every cent in London? Stonehouse estate fits that mold. Steer clear if possible, I am sure there are some good ones out there...this isn't it.
Contacted Stonehouse via their on-line form regarding renting out my flat.. At least a 3 day wait for a response. Thought I''d booked the first morning appointment for 10:30am. Nobody had shown by 10:40. I phoned their office. The person who answered the phone had the worst diction and could only tell me the agent was on the phone. Then I was told he was stuck in traffic. Two agents turned up after 11am. One was dressed liked he was on this way to do a bit of DIY. I asked them why they couldn't have phoned to let me know they were running late and by how much. They seemed reasonably informed about the rental market and I thought in spite of the lack of professionalism, I shouldn't rule them out. However, 9 days after their visit they still haven't emailed a market appraisal. .
