Professional and Fair
As a landlord, I highly recommend Kurt and Stonehouse Estates. They deal promptly and fairly with both landlords and tenants, and take the time to understand each person's individual situations and tailor their services accordingly.

Great professional service from Kurt
Kurt was very responsive and helpful when I had a situation with inventory check in that needed to be dealt with, Also, my previous tenant left piles of jumper behind by mistake at the end of the tenancy and Kurt offered to collect them and arranged for the tenant to collect from his office. For a landlord, letting service is not just about finding new tenants, any help from the agent to deal with unexpected situations will greatly enhance the service, and Kurt did a fantastic job. Kurt has a cheerful disposition that makes him a great person to interact with!

Very Friendly And Professional Estate Agents
I am a landlord with quiet a few properties in London, especially in Holloway and kentish Town area and I would recomend Stonehouse to anybody and everybody; They are staraightforward, and efficient professionals. who do what they say.. They are flexible as well as friendly and that's why I am doing business with them for a long time. They have just let two of my properties (Sussex Way & Hornsey RD) within a week of previous tenants left. I live abroad so let Stonehouse take care of everything and they never let me down., as a lanlord I can't ask more.. (Thanks to Kurt, Despina and the rest of the team)

The Agent that will give the extra mile for you
Just to let everybody now the kind of professional Kurt is, here's our story. It was our first day in London, just after arriving to our accommodation and we decided to take a walk to see the neighborhood. It was around 18:20 in the afternoon and we knocked the door at Stonehouse Estates. Kurt opened the door, told us it was already closed and invited us to go in and tell him what we needed. Despite being after-hours, Kurt showed us a couple of properties in the computer, took note of our requirements and found the perfect place for us. It was a difficult task, since I didn't have a UK bank account yet and we had our dog with us. I got a fast responde from him everytime I had a question and was paying attention to my international transfer for the deposit, so as soon as it reached the agency's account, we could move in to our new home in UK. We feel very grateful and are happy with the work and support given by Kurt during this process and we recommend him and the agency for their excellent and caring work.

Great service - very helpful and quick turnaround to any issues
Stonehouse agents are very helpful and understanding group of people. everyone i dealt with was courteous and responded to any issues right away. they care about the property, the landlord and the tenants all equally and you feel secure and protected with the service they offer. look forward to using them again in my flat search. Liz was particularly helpful with everything during my tenancy.

Letting from Stone House Estates
We recently let a property from Stone House Estates - after looking at a number of properties with some of the more well known estate agents, we were so pleased to work with Stone House. They were honest, informative, fast, and the properties seemed to reflect the asking price. A complete pleasure to work with!

Excellent service
I recently enlisted Stonehouse Estates as a managing agent for a property I am letting. From the outset I found the staff I interacted with a pleasure to deal with. My initial meeting was with Kurt Gonzales who I found to be very personable, professional and honest. What I appreciated the most was that Kurt was not pushy at all, unlike some other (horrible) estate agents I had dealt with. He left me to make my own decision, but at the same time was there to work with me and answer any questions. I also have found Liz to be very nice to deal with and she has always been responsive to my emails/calls. For me, Stonehouse Estates are in a different league to other estate agents I have dealt with - friendly professional and not pushy. I would highly recommend them.
