Brilliant and consistent service

Can't recommend highly enough! I usually deal with Liz at Stonehouse and she has been absolutely great over the past 4 years. We have recently moved to a different area, but one of the reasons we lived in our flat so long was because of the awesome service from the agency. Fiona was really helpful. I was very stressed and wasn't familiar with London or the local area. she calmed me down, booked me into an appointment to view a property. Within 15 mins of me entering the office I was viewing a property. I now know what to expect when applying to be a tenant in London. She talked me through the entire process and was very informative. She even went further and offered me advice on what to apply for as a student such as an oyster cards. She even gave me a Stonehouse bag and keyring, and contact information.

Responsive, efficient, and nice with it

I hated having to let my flat and the reputation of estate agents as cynics and sharks did not exactly encourage trust or an expectation of a pleasant experience. However Kurt offered human courtesy (Kurtesy? ), civility, sensitivity and professional efficiency, and made the whole experience as bearable as it could have been. The advice he offered was sensible and good and he was kind and helpful at every stage. I had multiple agents working on the letting. Stonehouse was the most responsive, keeping me informed and updated, and of course it was they who introduced me to my tenants. The lettings process was carried through with masterful efficiency, despite the fact I was out of the country and not contactable for some of the time! I thoroughly recommend Kurt and his team. Stonehouse is now handling the sale of my flat, and I have high hopes!
