The Right Estate Agent
Kurt Gonzales lettings Manager of Stonehouse Estate Agent whom I have dealt with my first ever moving experience regarding a long term let. My experienced dealing with Kurt is very calm and relaxing. I have given my full trust throughout the whole process because he is the type of person you can tell in one glimpse and say to yourself '' ahhh I'll be fine''. I have been through many agents where all that they seem to be wanting are the same old thing i.e rush you, talks about money, money, money, no to this no to that, stress you out, no empathy or worst just leave you there hanging. Kurt and his team in Stonehouse is different, they will give you their time, listen to you, understands you, they wont hesitate to give that extra mile and most importantly be there to guide you throughout. It was seamless, very thorough process, transparent way of communication to make it short REAL. Kurt is a REAL Person. I would also like to mention two of his most hard working and very helpful team members named FIONA and ADAM, these two are superb and when it comes to attention to detail their spotless. Top class service
My first time renting out a property and Liz Michaels has looked after everything for me as I live abroad. She has given advice, kept me informed and replies immediately to all queries. Professional
I have been using Stonehouse Estates for over 10 years. Helpful professional, can't do enough to make my life as a landlord stress free Kurt is so polite and prepared to show Potential renters my property out of office hours. Over the years I have dealt with many estate agent. Asim has gone beyond, to help me sell my property always contactable very polite and will go,out of his way to help I live out of London which has made it difficult to always be available. He would out of hours show potential purchases my property. He arrived with a Set of keys having driven 20 miles at nine o'clock at night. Thank you Rohan!
Rohan found me a property which matched all my requirements. What impressed me most was his honesty and his efficiency. I had trouble finding a place and felt the majority of other agents just wanted my money. Rohan never asked for anything from me until I understood the whole process.
