Asim has performed magnificently for us in two sales in the last 12 months, getting ground-braking results. The last sale was particularly difficult with difficult unorganised buyers from outside London with solicitors who were useless. He kept at it chasing both parties repeatedly, challenging the lawyers, and keeping a grip on the process like a terrier to bring in a completion on the last day of the tax year as requested. Could not have asked for more or better service. Highly reccomended.

Very good service

After having an unpleasant experience with a Central London agency last year, I was skeptical when I spoke with Despina first time. However, she broke the ice and reassured me of her professionalism almost immediately. I am a happily placed tenant (just as of last month) and Despina has been very professional throughout the process trying to very much act as a negotiator for both parties (and not just the landlords as is often the case). The process ran smoothly and I cannot recommend Despina (and her colleagues) enough.
