I have been dealing with Stonehouse Estates for approx. 10 years and they have consistently provided reliable tenants quickly with little gaps between tenancies. On this occasion we have dealt with Despina and she has been helpful and professional throughout providing a good service.

Everyone at Stonehouse Estates was friendly and my agent Despina was amazing. I was moving from Manchester to London and had a very short window to find somewhere. Despina was the only agent I spoke to during my search that took the time to actually listen and help me. She was friendly, knowledgable and professional and was able to work around me for when I was in town to do viewings. Despina went above and beyond in helping me to secure my flat and was extremely supportive as by this time I was quite stressed! Exceptional service

How estate agents should be but rarely are. Asim Butt helped us sell our ground floor flat in Archway for what we believe to be a very realistic but also very satisfactory price. All sorts of silly little niggles emerged from the lawyers on both sides but Asim remained calm and constantly helpful in the manner of a true professional. He must have felt the process was endless but kept smiling and positive. The outcome is 90 days from acceptance of an offer to completion.. If you are selling or buying in the Stonehouse Estates territory give serious consideration to using their services. It will be a very pleasing and, hopefully, financially rewarding experience.
