Review for Despina Christaki
I found Despina to be very friendly, helpful and informative when we were looking to rent a property through Stonehouse estates. Meeting with her, she was always on time when viewing the property, was able to answer any questions we had and if she didn't know the answer, she would get back to us via email within a day or two. The process was relatively smooth and it was a pleasure to do business with Despina.. I would be happy to use her as an agent again.

Made a difficult process run very smoothly
I'd been looking for a flat for a few weeks and needed to move urgently, but all of the studio properties in the area I was interested in were disappearing so quickly. Other agents had let me down, or appeared to considerably favour the landlord over the tenant. I'd almost forgotten about Stonehouse until I got a call from Rohan Varma, who had been looking on my behalf in the background. He appeared to make extra effort to get me in to view a flat early, so that I had first refusal. He then communicated with me, and the landlady, in a very open and honest manner. This meant that we both trusted him, and the offer I made was accepted. Rohan provided great advice throughout the whole process, and the move went incredibly smoothly, with references and the inventory check happening at such a speed that I was able to move in within a week. All in all, very grateful and satisfied.

Hard working excellent agent
When selling my property in Archway, I took a while to select an agent as i wanted one that would work hard to sell me property at the best value, and Asim is just that.. It took 8 months to sell my property due to time wasters, But Asim worked tirelessly to market and sell the property,never losing interest, always keeping me up to day with progress, even contacting me on his day off to keep me up to date. He was instrumental in resolving a number of issue that could of been deal breakers and I am convinced that without his help, my property would still be on the market and not sold. Asim you are worth your weight in Gold, well done.

Brilliant team, same-day responses and friendly

Stonehouse estates review - 1 bedroom flat
We're a couple currently living in a 1 bedroom flat in tufnell park, courtesy of Stonehouse Estates. We definitely recommend Stonehouse for anyone looking for places in the area - we had Despina as our agent and she was really helpful. There was no messing around and the whole move went really smoothly - the flat was prepared for before the proposed move-in date which made things so much easier for us. Liz and Gina from the management team were also great after we'd moved in, replying to emails really quickly and helping us with any queries.

Kurt helped us sort out our moving
Kurt helped us sort out our moving when the original agent we've been talking to throughout the deposit process etc suddenly left the estates agency without notifying us. We only had a few days ahead of us before the agreed moving in date and we hadn't yet signed the contracts. Kurt caught up with our case very quickly and helped us abide by the original date and plan.

Great service
