Excellent efficient agents

Stonehouse have been managing my flat for over ten years now and have done a very efficient professional job. If something needs sorting out they contact me and tell me what the issue is, how it can be resolved and ask for my authority to sort it out. They deal with anything very quickly and I never have to worry. As I live about hour and a half away I have great peace of mind knowing they are looking after the flat. Worry-free letting.

I decided earlier this year to let my house in north London. I interviewed a couple of local agents and Stonehouse were by far the most professional. They carried out a thorough inspection of the property and discussed my requirements in detail. I retained them to let and manage the property. Kurt provided practical advice on repairs, refurbishment, decor and furnishings. The letting process was trouble free and I was kept informed of all viewings and given feedback. Although the rental achieved was a little below the original valuation, I was very pleased with the final outcome. The management service is excellent: everything is taken care of and I simply receive a statement and a payment into my account every month.
