Paying Stonehouse their percentage means I can rest easy

I used to manage my rental property as the landlord but when my work took me abroad for a couple of years, I handed it over to Stonehouse. However, on my return to UK, I got so used to them handling it all for me that I felt it was worth 'writing off' their percentage in order to continue with the freedom of less involvement on my part. I usually deal with Liz who is very efficient, but the rest of the team are fine too. A friend of my son's asked if I could recommend an agent. I had no hesitation to recommend Stonehouse and I believe he was satisfied too. A very good team....well done.

Stonehouse Estates - a great local agent

Stonehouse have looked after our property for over 10 years. They are proactive and professional.. Equally importantly they are nice people and easy to deal with. In particular Liz Michaels has looked after us very well and she has our full confidence when it comes to anything to do with letting.

Proactive resolution of problems

I have found Stonehouse to be much more proactive and efficient than other agents in the area. When my tenants left the flat with no notice just three months after they had moved in, the agent, specifically Kurt and Rohan, moved quickly to ensure that the flat was left in a good condition and to find a new tenant almost before I even knew there was a problem. Both the lettings team and liz in the management team provide a friendly and responsive service.

Fantastic service for over 10 years

I first used Stonehouse as a tenant back way back in 2001 when I rented a property through them. The fantastic service started then and when I ended up in a position of needing to let a property of my own a couple of years later, I had no hesitation in using Stonehouse as my managing agent. They have been renting out and managing my property for over 10 years now and for a large part of that time, I was living overseas in Australia which didn’t prove any issue. Their service has always been exemplary from finding good tenants, managing the process of tenants changing without issue, responding to tenant issues quickly and efficiently, having a network of contractors who go in and do excellent work when jobs need to be done in the property and keeping me informed and up to date on the properties state and need for work. at all times. I am now selling the property and have instructed Stonehouse in this regard too. So I would have used them as tenant, landlord and seller and I have enjoyed working with them in every capacity. A big thanks to Tony, Liz, Despina and the team – very highly recommended.

Great, transparent service and love our new house!

We had a great experience finding a property to rent with Stonehouse. We viewed the property in Tufnell Park, and decided to put a holding deposit down straight away. Wonderful estate agents

Rohan just moved my friends and me into my new house and he was absolutely fantastic. He showed us the house one evening after work, and when we decided to take the house that night he stayed even later to go through paperwork with us. He was always friendly and helpful. He regularly updated us with progress, gave us clear instructions about what we had to do, and even reminded us when we were slow. He organised for the house to be ready the day we wanted it. He organised the cleaning, the gardening, and the replacement of old furniture, and checked in with us to make sure we were happy with it. Since then he has been easily contactable and quickly dealt with any and every problem that we've raised to him. Instead of being a chore, my move was a really easy, thanks to Rohan.
