After 3 months with another agent who were old fashioned and boring, Stow Bros at South Woodford were like a breath of fresh air. We met with Ben Charlton who certainly knew the market and explained to us what they did differently. Their marketing material is fresh and exciting as is their social media campaign. We had more people through the door on our open day than we’d had the whole 3 months with the previous agent however they were also the ‘right’ potential buyers for our home.
