If I could give these guys more than 5 stars I would. Have had fantastic service right from the initial valuation right through to completion when selling our house in South Woodford. As soon as they marketed our house we had a great flow of buyers and good strong offers. Their management of the viewings and how they processed the offers was excellent. During the sale communication could not have been better and when it came to managing bumps in the road they always on it and proactive. I really wouldn't hesitate to recommend Stow Brothers to anyone looking to sell and I am certain the same service would extend to anyone buying. A massive thank you to Amy, Tony, Ben, Josh and team.

Just purchased a property through the Stow Brothers and can't fault the service provided by Amy, made the process very smooth. The Stow Brother's even gave me a welcome house plant when I picked up my keys which was a lovely gesture!

I honestly can’t find enough words to describe how grateful myself and my family are to Josh. We had so many setbacks with our sale and with our chain, and Josh was just absolutely pivotal in making it all happen for us. He worked tirelessly in order to help us achieve our sale and went above and beyond chasing everyone and basically making sure that everyone in the chain was on the same page daily. I never had to chase Josh for information, he would update me as soon as anything changed, and he is just one of the loveliest estate agents I have ever dealt with. The stow brothers are a great estate agent to work with and their way of selling is so different to any others and it just works!!! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart, because of you we were able to finally sell our flat and now have a proper family home for our boys to grow up in.

I cannot recommend Amy Goulding enough and all the people working there, Tony, Emma, Josh, Samantha, Alfie from STOW BROTHERS estate agency ! I want to concentrate on Amy as she was the person to deal with my file and from beginning to end, she was an absolute star and made the stressful process of buying house as smooth as possible. Amy went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and that we were completely comfortable with every step of the way. Her communication skills were exceptional, and she took the time to explain everything in detail, sometimes when my solicitor which I’ve paid a lot of money didn’t pick up the phone I was calling Amy and she get in contact with my solicitor and making sure we understood everything before proceeding. What really made the difference was the extra work that Amy put into helping us. She went out of her way to ensure we are in our comfort zone, even when she wasn't initially available (Friday she is off). When we encountered some issues during the process, she was there to help us every step of the way, offering advice and support. A lot of people said this process is so stressful but to be honest I didn’t find it like that as Amy was there for us anytime. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend Amy and this estate agent to anyone who is looking for an stress-free and enjoyable house buying experience. She truly cannot do better! Amazing estate agent! They were super-professional and yet kind and approachable. Buying and selling at the same time was a complex process, and we honestly could have not done it without their help.
