We sold our flat with Stow Brothers in South Woodford. A friend had recommended them, having used them twice before. We met with other agents, and Stow Brothers were by far most impressive in several ways. From the first contact until completion, it was a first-rate experience. We received professional, polite and friendly service from everyone we dealt with. The pre-sales process was handled exceptionally well, and we were very pleased with the photography of our property and the quality and accuracy of the brochure. Securing a sale was smooth and also well handled. However, it wasn't until after the sale was agreed and the conveyancing part was underway, that we realised how much more Stow Brothers offer compared with other agents. Josh, our sales advisor/progressor was utterly brilliant. It turned out to be a long and difficult process, with many rocky chapters, but Josh navigated through it all with skill, patience and diplomacy. Honestly, we can't praise him highly enough. Stow Brothers' approach creates a much better experience for sellers than other agents we have used, and we wholeheartedly recommend them.
