Most of the times we liked a place, it was represented by Stow Brothers. They have a very interesting portfolio. We eventually bought a house from them and they acted as the agents of the vendor. They were very helpful to us in every stage of the purchase, reasonable and logical. Stow Brothers team changed the perception we had for estate agents.

They managed the viewing and prospective buyers in a way that meant we had a minimum of stress, and they sorted out the sticky details that inevitably arise without fuss or worry. Claudia and Kenny were very proactive in making sure our house purchase went through as smoothly as possible, chasing lawyers etc and making sure we were kept informed the whole way through. They went above and beyond, even helping us to handle our buyers even though it wasn't really their job as they were not the agents in charge of handling our sale. Also, they were just really nice people to deal with. Finally, they were always available on the phone or made sure they got back to us within a couple of hours if they were busy - that is a huge plus if you're doing something stressful like buying a house! I would highly recommend Stow Brothers Estate Agents as a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. They were friendly and knowledgeable about the area and priced the house at the right level and sold it very quickly. They kept me informed throughout the process and I never had to chase them.
