Stow brothers have been amazing!! We were selling our Flat via another estate agent and they were terrible took 4 months to sell the flat, gave us awful advice and in the end she pulled out of the sale! We asked Stow Brothers to sell it Kenny came to our Flat gave us some really good advice. The photographer took perfect flats and really considered not just the flat but the surrounding area. It then sold in ONE WEEKEND! During and up to the exchange the team were great. Open communications and everyone knew what was happening at each step. Would recommend using Stow Brothers for either a purchase or a sale.

We've just purchased our first home via the Stow Brothers and the whole process has been really smooth. From the moment we put in our offer there was no hard sell (we weren't required to use the 'in-house' mortgage brokers/solicitors/ surveyors as had been our experience with other estate agents). Communication has also been first class. Our point of contact, Ben, responded to emails and concerns immediately and did a great job as an intermediary between us and the vendors, we were given access to the flat for more viewings which was extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, which is just great customer service. Overall a really positive experience and I would definitely recommend these guys.

The only reason why we have given 4 stars and not 5, is the after sales team could have communicated a bit more to update us about an issue. Whilst out of their control, would have saved a lot of my calling. If they tightened up on that, the whole process would have been faultless.
